- 1 ripe, medium DOLE Banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups DOLE Frozen Mixed Fruit or Tropical Fruit, partially thawed
- 3/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice or vanilla soymilk
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add more vanilla soymilk or pineapple juice if the smoothie is too thick.
- If the smoothie is too thin, add more frozen fruit.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
