Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 ripe, medium DOLE Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups DOLE Frozen Mixed Fruit or Tropical Fruit, partially thawed
  • 3/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice or vanilla soymilk

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more vanilla soymilk or pineapple juice if the smoothie is too thick.
  4. If the smoothie is too thin, add more frozen fruit.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
