Recipe Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ceremonial-grade matcha
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk, plus more, if needed
- 1 banana
- 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
Recipe Directions
- Combine honey and matcha together in a small bowl until a smooth paste forms. Add yogurt and mix to combine. Spoon yogurt mixture in an even layer into bottom and slightly up the sides of a tall glass.
- Spread coconut cream along the inside of the glass to resemble clouds.
- Combine pineapple, coconut milk, banana and spirulina powder in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk, if needed, until desired consistency is reached, about 30 seconds. Pour into prepared glass and serve.
