- 1 cup ice
- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. of espresso
- 1 oz. brown sugar simple syrup
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
- Dash of vanilla extract
Recipe Directions
- Combine the Creamy Cold Brew Coffee, brown sugar simple syrup, ice, espresso, and vodka in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled and combined. Strain the mixture into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans, and enjoy!
For Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- To make brown sugar simple syrup, dissolve equal parts of brown sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved
