- 1 1/2 cups lemon sorbetto
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Combine lemon sorbetto, coconut cream, heavy cream and lemon juice in a blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with coconut flakes. Serve and enjoy.
