1 1/2 cups lemon sorbetto
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Whipped cream, for garnish
2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes, for garnish

Recipe Directions

Combine lemon sorbetto, coconut cream, heavy cream and lemon juice in a blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with coconut flakes. Serve and enjoy.
