Recipe Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla gelato
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces coffee liqueur
- 2 ounces espresso
- 3 coffee beans, for garnish
- 1/2 (3.5 ounce) dark chocolate bar, shaved, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Add gelato to a chilled martini glass.
- Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso to cocktail shaker. Shake mixture until fully combined, and well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into prepared glass. Garnish with coffee beans, chocolate shavings and serve.
