Recipe Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- Pecan-flavored coffee creamer, to taste
- Finely chopped pecans, for garnish, optional
Recipe Directions
- In a canning jar, use an immersion blender to blend banana, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together until thick, smooth and foamy, about 30 seconds.
- Fill glass halfway with ice. Pour in cold brew and add coffee creamer, to taste. Top with cold foam. Dust with cinnamon and garnish with pecans. Serve and enjoy.
Tip:
Substitute ice cubes with coffee ice cubes! Simply pour 2 cups of leftover coffee or cold brew coffee into a large ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
