For the Lavendar Cold Foam

  • 3 tbsp lavender syrup
  • 3 tbsp whole milk
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream

For the Latte

  • Double shot espresso
  • Ice
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Lavender cold foam, to top

Recipe Directions

  1. To make the lavender cold foam, mix lavender syrup, whole milk, and heavy cream, and froth for 30 seconds.
  2. In a tall glass, add double shot espresso, ice (to taste), 1 cup whole milk, and top with lavender cold foam.
