Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (32-ounce) jar dill pickle spears, drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 (1-ounce) package ranch seasoning mix
  • Potato chips, for serving

Recipe Directions

  1. Place cottage cheese in blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, pickles, yogurt, cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, green onions, jalapeno and ranch seasoning together in a large bowl.
  3. Serve with chips, and enjoy.
