Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (32-ounce) jar dill pickle spears, drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 (1-ounce) package ranch seasoning mix
- Potato chips, for serving
Recipe Directions
- Place cottage cheese in blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Combine cottage cheese, pickles, yogurt, cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, green onions, jalapeno and ranch seasoning together in a large bowl.
- Serve with chips, and enjoy.
