  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups refrigerated pineapple mango juice
  • 3/4 cup light rum
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Pineapple chunks for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. In a blender on high speed, combine pineapple, mango, ice cream, juice, and rum; blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, cherry, and pineapple. Serve immediately.

To make these non-alcoholic, just substitute rum with extra juice.
