Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silk LIGHT ORIGINAL ALMONDMILK
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana (peel and chop banana before freezing)
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. honey or agave
  • 2 Tbsp. protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp. ground flax, if desired

Recipe Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and lemon-berry fresh.
