- 1 cup Silk LIGHT ORIGINAL ALMONDMILK
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana (peel and chop banana before freezing)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
- 1/8 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. honey or agave
- 2 Tbsp. protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp. ground flax, if desired
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and lemon-berry fresh.
