Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla protein Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries or peeled and chopped kiwis
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe Directions
- Combine yogurt, fruit and honey in food processor. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Divide yogurt mixture evenly among disposable popsicle bags and seal.
- Store refrigerated for up to 4 days, or freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid, to create frozen yogurt tubes. Serve and enjoy.
