- 1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into small pieces
- 3 Tbsp. Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped from inside
- Place butter pieces into 1-pint canning jar; set aside.
- Place whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla bean seeds into 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat just until it comes to a boil. Pour cream mixture over butter pieces. Screw lid tightly onto jar; shake until butter pieces are fully melted. Serve immediately.
