Recipe Ingredients
For dip:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
For assembly:
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 slices Genoa salami
- 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and halved
- 3-4 cubes yellow cheddar
- 3-4 1-inch chunks Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 (4-ounce) log herbed goat cheese
- 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 small handful snap peas, strings removed
- 3-4 cheese-stuffed cherry peppers, drained
- 3-4 jarred pickled pepperoncini peppers, drained
- 3-4 jarred pickled asparagus spears, drained
- 2-3 radishes, halved
- 1 slice sourdough bread, toasted and halved, or 1 loaf pita or naan, cut into wedges
Recipe Directions
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and basil in a small serving bowl or ramekin.
- Place bowl of pesto mixture on a large serving plate. Arrange prosciutto, salami, egg, cheddar, Parmesan, goat cheese, cucumber, snap peas, cherry peppers, pepperoncini peppers, asparagus, radishes and bread decoratively on a plate. Serve and enjoy.
