- 6 Bays English Muffins, split and toasted
- 1 pkg. (8 ounces) shredded taco-seasoned Mexican cheese blend
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chunky salsa
- 1/3 cup pitted kalamata or black olives
- Heat oven to 375° F. In small bowl, combine cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, salsa and olives; mix well.
- Spread evenly over toasted muffins.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cut into quarters.
