Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 Bays English Muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounces) shredded taco-seasoned Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/3 cup pitted kalamata or black olives

Recipe Directions

  • Heat oven to 375° F. In small bowl, combine cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, salsa and olives; mix well.
  • Spread evenly over toasted muffins.
  • Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cut into quarters.
