Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons pure honey, plus more for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup Galbani® Ricotta Cheese made with whole milk, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pistachios, roughly chopped

Recipe Directions

  1. Bring water to simmer in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in oats, honey, cinnamon and salt, and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches desired thickness, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in ricotta until combined.
  2. Divide oatmeal among serving bowls. Top evenly with an additional dollop of ricotta, blackberries and pistachios. Drizzle with additional honey and serve.
