Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons pure honey, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1/4 cup Galbani® Ricotta Cheese made with whole milk, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 tablespoons toasted pistachios, roughly chopped
Recipe Directions
- Bring water to simmer in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in oats, honey, cinnamon and salt, and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches desired thickness, about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in ricotta until combined.
- Divide oatmeal among serving bowls. Top evenly with an additional dollop of ricotta, blackberries and pistachios. Drizzle with additional honey and serve.
