Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb Président® Unsalted Butter
- 2 shallots minced
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup tarragon chopped
- 1/4 cup chives chopped
Recipe Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated into the butter.
- Remove mixture from bowl and place onto a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Roll the butter into a log.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, until the compound butter is firm.
Use the butter to top cooked steak and chicken, sauté fish and vegetables, or brush on grilled vegetables.
