Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 lime, juiced, plus lime wedges, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 sour rainbow belts candy
- Ginger beer, for topping off
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey and bitters to cocktail shaker. Shake mixture until fully combined and well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain orange mixture into 2 high-ball glasses filled halfway with ice. Top off evenly with ginger beer. Form 1 rainbow candy belt into a rainbow shape and skewer with cocktail pick. Garnish glasses with rainbow candy cocktail picks and mint sprigs. Serve and enjoy.
