Recipe Ingredients
- 6 Incogmeatous Plant-Based Chik'n Nuggets
 - 12 Eggo Mini's Pancakes
 
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayo
 - 1 Tbsp ketchup
 - 1 tsp mustard
 - Dash of salt, black pepper and garlic powder
 - 1 tsp sugar
 
Recipe Directions
- Air fry nuggets at 350F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
 - Meanwhile, combine ingredients to make sauce.
 - Microwave mini pancakes for 45 seconds.
 - Spread sauce on 6 mini pancakes. Top each pancake with a nugget. Spread sauce on each nugget and top with pancake.
