Recipe Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 5 cups packed baby spinach
- 1 (24-ounce) bag Ling Ling Potstickers, Pork & Vegetable Potstickers
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
- Chili crisp, for drizzling
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine water, coconut milk, soy sauce, curry paste, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and ginger together in a large baking dish. Add spinach and toss to combine.
- Top evenly with potstickers. Cover baking dish with foil and bake until potstickers are fully heated through, about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and drizzle with chili crisp. Serve and enjoy.
