For the meatball bites:
  • 24 Frozen Rosina meatballs, thawed
  • 12 Frozen Bridgeford Parker House Rolls bread dough, thawed
For the marinara sauce:
  • Pre-made marinara sauce
  • 2 Tbps. chopped fresh basil
For the honey bbq sauce:
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 Tbps. honey
For the Spicy Sweet and Sour Sauce:
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 Tbps. sweet chili sauce

Recipe Directions

For the meatball bites:

  • Take thawed bread dough and cut each roll in half. Then, spread the dough with your fingers until it’s flat and place a thawed meatball in the bread dough. Use fingers to wrap dough around meatball and seal edges. Let dough rise until it’s doubled in size around the meatball, either in the fridge overnight or in a warm place.
  • Heat oven to 375°. Place meatball bites in the oven and bake for 12 – 14 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve meatball bites with one or all of the sauces below.

  • Combine both ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

  • Combine both ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

  • Combine both ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
