Recipe Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Daisy® Cottage Cheese
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Recipe Directions
- Whisk together the eggs and seasoning.
- Coat a nonstick pan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-low heat. Once warm, add eggs.
- Slowly scrape eggs to center of pan as bottom starts to set, creating soft folds. Once eggs have just started to set, spoon in the cottage cheese and fold into the eggs. Cook until just set (about 2 minutes total).
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with your favorite accompaniments.
