Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups rosé wine
- 2 cups frozen whole strawberries
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream, for topping
- 1/4 cup vanilla wafer cookies, roughly crushed, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Combine rosé, strawberries, and agave in blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Spoon ice cream evenly between 4 chilled glasses. Top off evenly with rosé mixture.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with cookies. Serve and enjoy.
