Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 baby corns
  • 1 king oyster mushroom
  • 1/4 carrot
  • 2 bok choy
  • Frozen string beans, thawed
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 10 - 12 potstickers
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup water

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions

  1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with some oil. Add the frozen dumplings and water, then cook until the bottoms are crispy. Set aside.
  2. Heat a wok over high heat and add cooking oil.
  3. First, stir-fry the mushrooms, then add carrots, string beans, bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  4. Add the baby corns and bok choy, then stir in the sauce. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and softened.
  5. Add the dumplings back into the wok and stir-fry everything together for another minute. Serve, and garnish with sesame seeds!
