Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) Farm Rich® Cinnamon French Toast Sticks
  • 4 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup maple granola
  • 8 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut, plus more for garnish
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place French toast sticks in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake according to package directions. Cut each stick into 3 pieces.
  2. Place a few French toast pieces in the bottom of 4 parfait glasses or jars. Layer evenly with yogurt, granola, strawberries, blueberries and coconut. Repeat 2 to 3 times, ending with a layer of French toast pieces, until the parfait glasses are full. Drizzle with maple syrup, and serve.
