Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 c. baby salad greens
  • 2 c. fresh blackberries
  • 4 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • 2 c. Daisy® Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 4 Tbsp. dried sweetened cranberries

Recipe Directions

Place a layer of greens on 4 salad plates. Top each evenly with the blackberries; drizzle with the glaze. Top with a scoop of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with the almonds and dried cranberries.
