Recipe Ingredients
- 1/4 cup country-style mustard
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 3 tablespoons barbecue seasoning mix
- 2 cups frozen, diced sweet potatoes
- 1 cup frozen, cut green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Mix mustard, honey and brown sugar together in a small bowl until combined.
- Rub pork chops all over with barbecue seasoning mix. Place pork chops in an even layer in air fryer basket.
- Toss potatoes, green beans, oil and rosemary together in a large bowl, until coated. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables in an even layer around pork chops.
- Drizzle pork chops and vegetables with half the mustard mixture. Air-fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping pork chops halfway through, until pork chops’ internal temperature reaches 145°F, and vegetables are tender. Serve with remaining mustard mixture, and enjoy.
