Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups rosé wine
  • 2 cups frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • 1/4 cup vanilla wafer cookies, roughly crushed, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine rosé, strawberries, and agave in blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Spoon ice cream evenly between 4 chilled glasses. Top off evenly with rosé mixture.
  3. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with cookies. Serve and enjoy.
