Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lemon sorbetto
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine lemon sorbetto, coconut cream, heavy cream and lemon juice in a blender. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with coconut flakes. Serve and enjoy.
