Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) block feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Pinch paprika, for dusting
  • Assorted crackers, for serving
  • 1/2 English cucumber, cut on a bias into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag mini multi-color sweet peppers, stemmed and halved
  • 3 stalks celery, cut into sticks
  • 3 medium carrots, cut into sticks
  • 5-7 radishes, halved lengthwise

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, feta, lemon juice, basil, parsley, dill, chives and garlic in a food processor. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 1 minute. With the motor running, pour in olive oil and honey until combined. Transfer dip to serving bowl. Drizzle with additional oil and dust with paprika.
  2. Place dip on a large serving platter or board. Arrange crackers, cucumbers, peppers, celery, carrots and radishes decoratively on board. Serve and enjoy.
