  • 1/2 (26-ounce) bag Rosina Homestyle Meatballs
  • 2 cups buffalo sauce
  • 2 (10-ounce) packs slider buns (12-count), split
  • 1 head bibb lettuce, leaves separated, optional
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine meatballs and buffalo sauce in a medium heavy-bottom pot over medium heat. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are fully heated through, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Top bottom of buns evenly with a lettuce leaf and one meatball. Sprinkle with blue cheese and green onions, and top with bun lid. Serve warm and enjoy.
