Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (10-inch) frozen New York-style cheesecake, thawed
  • 1 cup heavy cream, kept cold
  • 3 tablespoons sugar, or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 10 strawberries, hulled

Recipe Directions

  1. Using a 2-inch-round cookie cutter, cut cheesecake into 10 pieces. Place on a serving platter.
  2. Whisk heavy cream, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Transfer whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a small star tip.
  3. Pipe whipped cream around the top edge of each piece of cheesecake to resemble the brim of a Santa hat. Place a strawberry, cut-side-down, in the center of each cheesecake. Pipe a small dot of whipped cream on the top of each strawberry to resemble the tip of a Santa hat. Serve cold and enjoy.
