Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 5 cups packed baby spinach
  • 1 (24-ounce) bag Ling Ling Potstickers, Pork & Vegetable Potstickers
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • Chili crisp, for drizzling

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine water, coconut milk, soy sauce, curry paste, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and ginger together in a large baking dish. Add spinach and toss to combine.
  2. Top evenly with potstickers. Cover baking dish with foil and bake until potstickers are fully heated through, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Garnish with green onions and drizzle with chili crisp. Serve and enjoy.
