Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Vanilla ice cream, or your favorite flavor ice cream, for serving
- Sprinkles, for garnish, optional
Recipe Directions
- Combine peanut butter, coconut oil and sugar together in small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves and mixture is combined, about 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely at room temperature. Transfer peanut butter magic shell to an airtight container.
- Drizzle peanut butter magic shell over ice cream (peanut butter magic shell will harden over ice cream). Garnish with sprinkles and serve.
