Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 Fat and Weird® Cookies Anonymous, thawed
  • 1 (24.3-ounce) container cheesecake no bake filling
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions

  1. Warm cookies according to package directions.
  2. Transfer cheesecake filling to piping bag and cut off a large tip.
  3. Place one cookie in the bottom of 4 parfait glasses or jars. Layer evenly with cheesecake fi lling, strawberries and blueberries. Repeat 2 to 3 times, until the parfait glasses are full. Top with an additional cookie and serve.
