Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 (16-ounce) packages MorningStar Farms® Steakhouse Style Burgers
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 4 canned pineapple rings, patted dry
  • 1/4 cup Hawaiian barbecue sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 1 beefsteak tomato, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 small red onion, cut into 1/4-inch rounds

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill frozen burgers according to package directions until fully warmed through. 1 minute before burgers are finished cooking, place cheese on burgers and cook until melted.
  2. Meanwhile, grill pineapple until char marks appear, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Place buns on grill, cut-side-down and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
  3. Spread barbecue sauce on both sides of buns. Top each bottom bun with a layer of lettuce and 2 burgers. Top with grilled pineapple, tomato, red onion and top bun. Serve and enjoy.
