- 1 mini seedless watermelon
- 1 (5.3-ounce) container Blended Greek Yogurt, Oikos, Anything But Plain
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Chopped fresh mint, for garnish
- Cut watermelon in half using a sharp knife, and remove the rind. Using a crinkle cutter, cut watermelon into 1/2-inch-thick by 3-inch-long fries.
- Combine yogurt, honey and lime juice in a small serving bowl. Serve with watermelon fries. Garnish with mint, and enjoy.
