Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, pitted and quartered
  • 4 croissants, split
  • 4 Twix Ice Cream Bars
  • Whipped topping
  • Chocolate sauce, for garnish
  • Chopped pistachios, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Heat grill to high heat. Grill peaches until char marks appear, about 1-2 minutes per side. Cut peach quarters into 1/2-inch slices. Grill croissants, cut side-down until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
  2. Top bottom half of croissants evenly with peach slices, 1 ice cream bar, whipped topping, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, pistachios and top half of croissant. Serve immediately and enjoy.
