Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 (20-ounce) bag Tyson® Rotisserie Seasoned Crispy Wings
  • 4 cups cooked long-grain white rice, kept warm
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced on a bias

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine hoisin, honey, sesame oil and lime juice in a large bowl. Add wings and toss to coat. Bake wings according to package directions.
  2. Divide rice between 4 bowls. Top evenly with wings, cucumbers and radishes. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve and enjoy.
