- 2 tubes Pillsbury Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice mix, divided
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Cooking spray
Recipe Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix white sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix together in small bowl.
- Cut each cinnamon bun into quarters and toss with cinnamon sugar, and set aside.
- In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat, add brown sugar, and stir. Let it simmer and "fluff up" for about 2 minutes, then carefully stir in the remaining pumpkin spice mix.
- Meanwhile, spray 8 individual 3” ramekins with nonstick spray and evenly distribute the biscuit pieces. Then pour brown sugar butter mixture over the top.
- Place the ramekins on a lined baking sheet and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Once ready, the tops will be golden brown and sauce will be bubbling along the sides.
- Remove them from the oven and let cool. Top with pumpkin spice cheesecake ice cream, if desired.
