For low-carb, grain-free or gluten-free eaters, these Cheese Crisps are everything!
- 1 cup Sargento finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese 2-inches apart from each other on the baking sheets.
- Bake until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Cool before removing from the baking sheets to allow the cheese to crisp.
- Makes about 20 cheese crisps.
