- 1 package (15 count, each) Athens® Mini Fillo Shells
- 2 ounces smoked salmon, sliced approx. 3″ length
- 1 package (8 ounce) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons capers, for garnish
- Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese into each shell.
- Place a slice or two of smoked salmon on top of cream cheese.
- Garnish each shell with capers.
