For the Lavendar Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp lavender syrup
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
For the Latte
- Double shot espresso
- Ice
- 1 cup whole milk
- Lavender cold foam, to top
Recipe Directions
- To make the lavender cold foam, mix lavender syrup, whole milk, and heavy cream, and froth for 30 seconds.
- In a tall glass, add double shot espresso, ice (to taste), 1 cup whole milk, and top with lavender cold foam.
