Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bag Birds Eye Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. chili flakes
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Recipe Directions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, corn starch, salt, and water into a thick batter.
  2. Add Birds Eye Mixed Vegetables, sliced onion, and chopped green onions, then mix well into the batter.
  3. On medium heat, warm 1 tbsp vegetable oil and add half the batter. Pat down to create one even layer.
  4. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat, then flip. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil on the side of the pan and shake the pancake to get the oil underneath. Fry for 4 minutes.
  5. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, sesame seeds, and sliced green onions.
