Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 eggs , beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt & coarse ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced green onion
  • Cooking spray

Recipe Directions

  1. Put everything except cooking spray in a bowl, and mix well to combine.
  2. When your waffle maker is hot, add the cooking spray to both surfaces, and pour in some batter. Batter amount will be determined by the size of your waffle maker.
  3. Then close the lid and wait for the ‘done’ light and serve.
