Recipe Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage Crumbles
 - 3/4 cup Borden Cheese Ultimate Pizza Blend thick cut shreds
 - 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
 - 1 egg
 - Chopped scallion for garnish
 - Drizzle of olive oil

Kimchi Jam
- 2 cups chopped kimchi
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 1/3 cup sugar
 - 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
 - Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter then add the kimchi. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
 - Add sugar and mix well. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until you get the consistency of loose jam. Mix in apple cider vinegar then set aside to cool.
 - Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Add pork sausage crumbles and cook for 8 minutes or until browned. Remove and set aside.
 - Remove the puff pastry from the fridge and transfer to a lined baking tray. Score the edges of the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Using a fork, prick the center within the edges of the puff pastry sheet.
 - Spread a thin layer of the kimchi jam over the puff pastry, making sure not to spread into the edges. Top with cheese and the sausage crumbles from earlier.
 - Whisk an egg then brush it along the edges.
 - Bake for 30 minutes or until the tart is golden brown.
 - Garnish with scallions and drizzle olive oil on top before serving.
