Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups Daisy Sour Cream
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 5 strips bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 small jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, corn, bacon, green onions, jalapeños, cumin and cayenne in large serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Top with parsley.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
