Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 – 15 oz. container Sargento Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or diced very fine
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped basil
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp. freshly chopped oregano
  • The zest from one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 – 3 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Assorted vegetables for dipping

Recipe Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
