- 1 lb. Plugra Salted Butter
- 1/4 cup thyme
- 1/4 cup rosemary
- 1/4 cup parsley
- Chop up all your herbs and place a small amount into the bottom of each ice tray.
- Melt your butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour the butter into the tray covering all the herbs.
- Freeze the tray. Once fully frozen, separate the cubes storing them in an airtight bag in the freezer.
- Add one or a few butter rounds to your dishes to enhance the flavor of your favorite dishes.
