Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 peaches; ripe and sliced
  • 4 Bays English Muffins
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil; for grilling
  • 2-3 leaves fresh basil

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Brush one side of each English muffin slice with olive oil.
  3. Place the English muffins, oiled side down, and toast.
  4. Once your muffins are done toasting, place your peach slices in the pan and cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Add Brie cheese on top of the English muffins.
  6. Place the peach slices on top of the cheese.
  7. Drizzle honey over the peaches. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve!
