Recipe Ingredients


  • 1 pkg. of Tyson Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 head of napa cabbage, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds


  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 Tbsp. gochujang paste (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • salt to taste

Recipe Directions

  1. Thaw the package of frozen chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Combine the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  3. Cut the thawed chicken into large chunks and add to the marinade. Toss to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, whisk thoroughly and keep refrigerated until you’re ready to assemble the salad.
  5. After the chicken has marinated, heat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and brush with gochujang paste on all sides
  7. Grill 3-5 minutes, turning the skewered chicken about half way through cook time.
  8. Remove the cooked chicken from the grill and set aside.
  9. Toss together the chopped romaine, cabbage and basil. Place in a large serving bowl.
  10. Add the diced mango and place the chicken skewers on top.
  11. Drizzle with the gochujang honey dressing and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top.
